We offer a modern exhibition environment equipped with professional hanging systems, alarmed premises, and custom-designed lighting for optimal color rendering. With us, you enjoy great freedom in shaping your own event.
1. Different Ways to Exhibit
Group Exhibitions
We have three scheduled group exhibitions:
2026: Oct (Oct 29–Nov 1)
2027: Jan (Jan 28–31), June (Summer Salon, June 17–20)
This is the perfect option if you want to showcase individual works.
Quantity: 1–3 works per artist.
Price: 500 SEK per work.
We highly recommend booking well in advance, as spaces are limited.
New! Exhibit Individual Works Throughout the Year
Now you don't have to rent an entire wall or wait for the next seasonal salon. We are introducing the opportunity to exhibit individual works at any time during the year—convenient, flexible, and under highly favorable terms!
Wall Rental (Solo Exhibition)
We offer six separate walls that can be rented individually. You can choose to rent a single wall, 2–3 walls, or the entire gallery. Even if you see in the schedule that no one else has booked a wall during the same period, you don’t need to worry—the gallery walls will never be left empty.
Galleri Brink charges 0% commission on sales.

The Entire Gallery
With staff: Gallery staff will be on-site — 10,000 SEK
Without staff: You manage everything yourself. Key pick-up and return from Sunday to Sunday — 10,000 SEK
Short-Term Rental
It is also possible to rent the entire gallery for shorter periods, for instance, for a book release, lecture, or other events.
1–2 hours: 1,000 SEK
2–4 hours: 2,000 SEK
4–6 hours: 3,000 SEK
Please note that gallery staff and current exhibitors may be present on the premises during regular opening hours.
2. Discounts and Special Offers
We offer favorable rates depending on the season and the duration of your booking:
Monthly Discounts:
20% discount: January and July.
10% discount: February, June, and December.
Long-Term Bookings:
When booking two or more consecutive weeks, you will receive a 20% discount on the total amount.
Established Artists:
For artists with an established client base, we offer custom collaborations. Contact us for a quote.
3. Practical Information
Booking Period: The standard period runs from Wednesday to Sunday.
Installation & Opening Reception (Vernissage): Preparations take place on the Sunday before the exhibition starts. You are responsible for hanging your art, positioning the works, and hosting the opening reception.
Need help hanging your artwork? This can be purchased as an additional service for 500 SEK per wall (regardless of wall size), or 2,000 SEK if you would like assistance hanging art throughout the entire gallery.
Dismantling takes place on Sunday at 2:00 PM (14:00).
Presence: We always have staff on-site (for staffed rentals), so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be. Of course, you are also more than welcome to be there yourself.
Insurance: All artwork is fully insured by Galleri Brink during the exhibition period.
Summer Closure: The gallery will be closed between July 1 and August 11, 2026. Contact us to check availability after the summer!
4. Payment Terms
When booking Wall 5, 6, and Spot 7: The total amount is paid in full directly at the time of booking.
When booking Wall 1, 2, 3, and 4: You can choose to split the payment. A booking fee (deposit) of 1,500 SEK is paid upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the exhibition.
When renting the entire gallery: A booking fee (deposit) of 3,000 SEK is paid upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the exhibition.
Short-term rentals (1–6 hours) of the entire gallery: The total amount is paid in full directly upon booking.
Note: If a booking is made less than 30 days before the start of the exhibition, the total amount must always be paid in full immediately, regardless of the chosen wall.
Group Bookings:
If the gallery is rented by a group of artists, everything is managed through a single designated contact person for the entire group. For the sake of efficiency, the booking fee, the remaining balance, and all necessary information about the participants must be sent together via this contact person (no separate partial payments or individual details from single members will be accepted).
Cancellation Policy:
Upon cancellation, a non-refundable administrative fee will be charged: 500 SEK for an individual wall and 1,500 SEK for the entire gallery.
The remainder of the paid amount can only be refunded if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start of the exhibition.
If there are fewer than 30 days remaining until the exhibition, no refund will be issued, and the booking cannot be rescheduled. However, in the event of urgent and unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule your exhibition.
In individual cases (for instance, if you are an established and successful artist with a large client base), terms may be customized and differ from the standard policy. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
