Exhibit at Galleri Brink

At Galleri Brink, you can exhibit everything from individual artworks to entire collections. We offer six walls equipped with professional lighting, and insurance is always included.

You can rent individual walls for between 1,500 SEK and 3,000 SEK, or the entire gallery for 10,000 SEK. During selected months, such as January, July, June, and December, you will also receive a 10–20% discount on the price. When booking two or more consecutive weeks, you will receive a 20% discount on the total amount.

Even if you see in the schedule that no one else has booked a wall during the same period, there is no need to worry — the gallery walls will never stand empty.

Short-Term Rentals

It is also possible to rent the entire gallery for shorter periods, for instance, for a book release, lecture, or other events.

• 1–2 hours: 1,000 SEK

• 2–4 hours: 2,000 SEK

• 4–6 hours: 3,000 SEK

For short-term rentals, the total amount is paid in full at the time of booking. Please note that gallery staff and current exhibitors may be present on the premises during regular opening hours.

Group Bookings

If the gallery is rented by a group of artists, all administration is managed through a single designated contact person for the entire group. For the sake of efficiency, the booking fee, the remaining balance, and all necessary information about the participants must be sent together via this contact person (no separate partial payments or individual details from single members will be accepted).

Conditions & Logistics

• 0% Commission: We take no commission on your sales.

• Staffing Options: You can choose whether to staff the exhibition yourself or have our team on-site.

• Booking Periods: For standard bookings, a regular period normally runs from Wednesday to Sunday. However, if you rent the entire gallery without our staff, the booking period lasts from Sunday to the following Sunday.

• Hanging Assistance: If you need help hanging your artwork, this can be purchased as an additional service for 500 SEK per wall, regardless of the wall's size.

Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation, a non-refundable administrative fee will be charged: 500 SEK for an individual wall and 1,500 SEK for the entire gallery. The remainder of the paid amount can only be refunded if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start of the exhibition.

If there are fewer than 30 days remaining until the exhibition, no refund will be issued, and the booking cannot be rescheduled. However, in the event of urgent and unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule your exhibition.

In individual cases (for instance, if you are an established and successful artist with a large client base), terms may be customized and differ from the standard policy. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
